The short version. Asking for an estimate is free and commits you to nothing. If you agree to texts, we only text you about your estimate and appointment. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.
This website and the forms on it are operated by Alliance Heating and Cooling, LLC ("Alliance Heating and Cooling", "we", "us"). By using this site or sending us a request, you agree to these terms.
A request sent through this site is a request for a free, no-obligation on-site estimate. It is not a contract. Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges; your price is set after the inspection, in a written quote, and work starts only once you accept that quote.
If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know so we can offer the time to someone else. We may need to reschedule for weather, safety or crew availability; if we do, we will tell you as early as we can.
Program. Alliance Heating and Cooling estimate and appointment messages.
What we send. If you check the box on our form, we send text messages about your estimate request: confirmations, reminders, scheduling questions, and a message if we need to reach you about your appointment. We do not send marketing texts under this program.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your request, usually a few messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected].
Consent. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing.
If you ask us to call you, or leave your number for an estimate, we may call you at that number about your request. Tell us at any time that you do not want to be called, and we will stop.
Please give us accurate information, and only request an estimate for a property you own or are authorized to act for. What we collect and why is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is located.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
